I'm not sure, in the groups there can be 4 people or more, is it a good environment for feedback, shouldn't it be something more intimate, or am I misunderstanding?
Now that the annual 360 feedback period is coming into my company, this post got me thinking.
The anonymous feedback can end up feeling that we can't talk face to face with everyone. That we have to wait until this period of the year to transmit it. And if this mechanism didn't exist, we wouldn't transmit it at all.
I'm sure this kind of practice triggered defensiveness at the beginning but got people much more open after a few sessions.

it's still one to one
just each pair at the time and keep switching pairs :)
It looks like a good tool, I'll try to put it in place

the goal it's to trigger people to start talking
it's a start 😁
but proper feedback takes way more effort than that😊
May I assume that the Tech Lead should be in the groups rotation?
only works that way :)
